Over the last year, there have been many community discussions regarding changes to the Pelham’s Crossing Architectural Guidelines. These guidelines are what determines if an application to change the exterior appearance of a property is allowable or prohibited. The Board of Directors, in conjunction with legal counsel, has completed a complete revision of the guidelines and approved the update via unanimous written consent, effective December 31, 2022.
