Download and review the above forms
Use the “file upload” option to upload any pertinent information. Files to include:
Copy of completed application (Required)
Copy of site plan (given to you by builder when you purchased your home) (Required)
Additionally, you may include any sketches, pictures, drawings, clippings, or catalog illustrations that describe the change or modification you want to make
Please allow 15 business days to process. If you do not hear back after 15 days, please contact the Landmarc offices at (540)371-3406.
