The Pelham’s Crossing HOA Board of Directors is made up of neighbors from our community that volunteer their time in an effort to help manage our neighborhood and bring about positive change.
President
Dave has lived on Slingerland Drive since 2011. He has previously served in the Army as a soldier and now as a civilian. An avid cyclist, Dave enjoys finding every excuse to get out and ride.
Vice President
Chris has lived on Angela Court for 16 years. He is a former Marine, an air traffic controller and has served on the BOD since 2016. He and his wife Daphne have enjoyed raising four children in our community.

Becky has lived on Cahill Street for the last 14 years. She and her husband Brian own Trident Plumbing. They have four kids ranging from high school to elementary school that keep them busy and on their toes!
